Lunenburg Waterfront – Zwicker Building and Mill Building Requests for Information
March 5, 2025—Build Nova Scotia is looking to determine potential uses for the Zwicker Building and Mill Building in Lunenburg as part of its management of provincial properties on the working waterfront.
These Requests for Information (RFIs) provide an important opportunity to gather information, assess potential ideas, and shape next steps for one or both locations. While the focus for Zwicker Building is on the ocean technology sector, all options are open for consideration for both buildings to create greater value for this important working waterfront.
Improving the Lunenburg Waterfront for Nova Scotians will ensure a sustainable working waterfront to the benefit of all.
