QEII HIEP Project Agreement

Build Nova Scotia committed to make public the QEII Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project contract signed by the Province and Plenary PCL Health.  The 854-page Project Agreement has been reviewed for commercially sensitive information consistent with established best practises and with established precedents for P3s in Canada.

There are instances where the words “intentionally deleted” are noted. This phrase “intentionally deleted” appears because the contract was developed using a standard P3 template, and there are sections of the template that do not apply to the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project contract. These paragraphs were deleted prior to the execution of the HIEP contract.
