New Business Development Opportunity – deGarthe Studio and deGarthe Garage, Peggy’s Cove

September 2025 — Build Nova Scotia is seeking operators who are local artists, makers, and craftspeople to submit proposals to operate the deGarthe Studio at 111 Peggy’s Point Road and the deGarthe Garage at 104 Peggy’s Point Road in Peggy’s Cove.

This Business Development Opportunity (BDO) offers space for a mix of art gallery and retail, providing a location for the production, display, and sale of quality local, hand-crafted products that reflect the natural and cultural identity of Peggy’s Cove and Nova Scotia.

These unique spaces invite proposals that showcase local talent, enhance the visitor experience, and contribute to the cultural vibrancy of one of the province’s most iconic destinations.

An optional site visit will be held Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 9 a.m. in front of the deGarthe Studio (111 Peggy’s Point Road, Peggy’s Cove).
